The location is outstanding, conveniently close to popular attractions. The room was spacious and clean, complete with a comfortable bed. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. our room wasn’t cleaned during our three-night stay, which was frustrating. Additionally, the fitness center lacked clear instructions, making it hard to use the equipment effectively. Breakfast would have been better with more variety.

I truly enjoyed my stay with friendly staff, and the nearby Mystic River Park is perfect for a scenic walk or a picnic while the historic downtown area, just a bit over a mile away, offers charming shops and landmarks to discover during your city strolls.

My friends and I had such a great time! We visited the aquarium and loved all the sea life exhibits. The location was perfect, with plenty to do nearby. The rooms were comfy, and we enjoyed the free breakfast. Don’t forget to check...

But our first night was tough because of the ice maker noise—it was pretty disruptive. The view from the window was also disappointing, just facing a wall. Overall, a decent stay, but the room location could be better.

Our stay for two nights was fantastic! The spacious room made relaxing easy, and the breakfast had some delicious options. We loved how close we were to local attractions. Pro tip, Make sure to explore the nearby restaurants for an even broader dining experience!

The hotel's location near the aquarium is fantastic, and the staff is pleasant and friendly. However, the pool area had air quality issues that affected my family, and we encountered cleanliness problems in the room, including old food and a crack pipe in the furniture. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improvements are needed.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Mystic. The clean, spacious rooms offered a delightful retreat after exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast choices pleased my palate, although the pool area had lingering chlorine odors. Overall, a satisfying experience worth returning to.

Had issues with shower pressure and hot water, which really put a damper on things—especially when you're trying to get ready. The noise from the nearby highway was a bit much if you're a light sleeper. Also, the breakfast area can get chaotic due to its size, making it tough to find a spot when it’s busy.
